We will make a solid reservation of the property when we receive the payment. Payment before check-in is accepted by bank transfer or cash. We do not accept any credit cards (Ex: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) First or Next Day of the arrival, you will pay the balance to the owner of the amount contracted and displayed in the e-mail, also in the web-site. Payment for incidental charges after check-out is accepted by cash only. CONFIRMATION Upon receipt the necessary payment for the reservations (requested from the web site), we will issue a confirmation. CANCELLATIONS The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your property check-in date. Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of any pre-payments made. All cancellations must be in writing. After booking your property—3 easy steps: 1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail. 2.
