Each Client will be assigned their own Property Manager, who will take care of coordinating and keeping tabs on all the contractual procedures regarding each property concerned. These figures will ensure they have a clear, complete idea of the properties and the aims agreed upon with the Owners, doing their level best to see to it that the desired results are achieved.

Checks will be carried out to ensure technical and administrative requirements are complied with, and an initial costs/ revenue analysis will be drafted. This will be followed by the organisation of the photo archives, drawing up of a description of the property, presentation of the marketing activities and incorporation of the tourist facility into the Feeling Italy integrated circuit.
